WTWH Healthcare presents the Frontline Honors, a program showcasing the exemplary character and performance of frontline workers across the care continuum. This awards program is seeking innovators, service champions, and those leading the care experience for residents, patients and their families, as well as their employers. This is an opportunity to identify the people reshaping the frontline worker role and making key contributions — not just as individuals — but as beacons for their respective industry. |
A Frontline Honoree is:
Frontline Honorees are at the top of their profession, representing the best of the best amongst their peers. They are caregivers, nurses, social workers, executive directors, and anyone else making a difference in the lives of residents, patients and their families. The nominees should be those who have not previously received many, if any, industry accolades. We are seeking top caregivers from provider organizations with incredible stories around their service, craft, and mission. |

Behavioral health leaders are setting a new precedence for innovation and care across the industry. Through the adoption of new tactics, technologies, and care practices, they have set a new standard of excellence in the behavioral health space. These leaders are at the forefront of behavioral health’s rapid transformation, maximizing both the clinical and operational efficiency of organizations throughout the United States and the world.

Home health and home care leaders are tasked with meeting the increased demand for their services. Tirelessly managing an industry-wide transformation, these frontline workers are steering home health and home care businesses toward a new era in healthcare. As in-home service providers, these individuals have embraced a new suite of technology, tools, and training techniques to deliver top-level care for clients seeking care in the comfort of their own homes.

Hospice and palliative care frontline workers are guiding their organizations through unprecedented change, redefining the standard of hospice and palliative care and creating new partnerships that help their clients remain comfortable during care transitions. These caregivers are truly dedicated to patient care. By embracing innovative business, technology and care strategies that give peace of mind to everyone involved, these frontline leaders are single-handedly transforming the hospice and palliative care experience as we know it.

Senior housing and senior living frontline caregivers are in the midst of an industry evolution. As the demographic boom of older adults continues to accelerate, providers are tasked with an increased need to balance healthcare with hospitality. Caregivers are not only expected to provide high quality care and positive clinical outcomes, but they are also tasked with providing residents and staff with personalized experiences and technology innovations. The role of frontline caregiver in senior housing & senior living is not the same as it was just a few years ago.

Leaders on the front lines of skilled nursing are tackling a host of needs head-on. Not only do they have to adapt to constantly changing regulatory requirements and reporting, they are also asked to research and adopt new technology solutions that make their caregiving efforts more efficient and their outcomes more data-centric. Most importantly, they need to do all of this while providing top-notch care for their short-term patients and long-term residents. Skilled nursing providers need to be much more nimble today than ever before.
