WTWH Healthcare presents the Frontline Honors, a program showcasing the exemplary character and performance of frontline workers across the care continuum. This awards program is seeking innovators, service champions, and those leading the experience for residents, patients and their families, as well as their employers. This is an opportunity to identify the people reshaping the frontline experience and making key contributions — not just as individuals or organizations — but as beacons for the entire industry. |
A Frontline Honoree is:
Frontline Honorees are at the top of their profession, representing the best of the best amongst their peers. They are caregivers, nurses, social workers, executive directors, and anyone else making a difference in the care of residents, patients and their families. The nominees should be those who have not previously received many, if any, industry accolades. We are seeking top caregivers with incredible stories around their service, craft, and mission. |
Hospice and palliative care leaders are guiding organizations through unprecedented change, redefining the standard of hospice and palliative care and creating new partnerships that help keep recipients comfortable during care transitions. These leaders are dedicated to patient care. By embracing innovative business, technology and care strategies that give peace of mind to everyone involved, these leaders are single-handedly transforming the hospice and palliative care experience as we know it.
Home health and home care leaders are helping organizations meet the increasing demand for in-home care delivery. They are tirelessly managing an industry-wide transformation, steering home health and home care businesses toward a new era in healthcare. As in-home service providers, these individuals have embraced a new suite of technology, tools, and training techniques to deliver top-level care for older adults in the comfort of their homes.
Senior housing leaders are guiding organizations through the reinvention of their industry. These individuals include owners and operators, technology leaders, caregivers, and other customer-facing team members. The aging industry’s demographic boom has created new opportunities for frontline leaders to drive innovation within their organizations and provide unique experiences for their residents, patients, and their families.
Skilled nursing leaders demonstrate innovation, technological prowess and leadership within the dynamic skilled nursing industry.
